Welcome
to Hit & Run Baseball Training. We are
conveniently located in the northeastern Orlando
suburbs in the city of Sanford, Florida between
St Johns Parkway and Upsala Blvd. The Hit &
Run Baseball Training facility consists of
indoor Pro Turf playing surface, programmable
pitching machines, pitching mounds, a fully
stocked Pro Shop, and The Pro Batter™
baseball system. (a true-to-life baseball
pitching simulator for use at any level.)
The
Hit & Run Baseball Training facility is a
truly unique facility. Our state of the art
indoor facility is approximately 12,000 square
feet, with a 22’ ceiling height and allow for
a more pleasurable batting experience since the
ball can be tracked off the bat for a greater
distance. The facility offers a large turf area
to play indoor games, has 7 full size batting
cages, 4 Training Stations for tee work and
soft-toss drills, and a baseball-specific
functional fitness training area. We also offer
a Pro Shop and lounge area for your convenience.
The
Hit & Run Baseball Training facility is an
indoor baseball and softball facility offering team
rentals of the large Pro-Turf area to
conduct team practice drills and indoor games.
Its also used with clinics and camps. The large
turf area will also be utilized for other sports
activities (i.e., functional fitness, speed
agility and quickness training, and our Throwing
velocity Program).
We
offer individual and group lessons from
instructors who have played at the collegiate
level and above. Our indoor facility will host
indoor leagues and tournaments, and will be
utilized to host clinics throughout the year.
Our
facility offers convenient access from major
interstates such as I-4 and Toll road 417; we’re
between St. Johns and Upsala Road. It is
strategically located close to many hotels,
restaurants, shopping malls, and evening
entertainment.
